Your responsibilities
Guest Experience
- Build rapport and authentically engage with our guests.
- Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience.
- Assess needs to provide customized solutions, usage and support.
- Provide technical product information by articulating the value and benefit of the product.
- Facilitate a seamless guest experience by conducting accurate and timely transactions.
- In partnership with manager-own, personalize and elevate solutions to all our guests needs.
- Serve as The Resource to guide guests to local and regional sites and activities.
Working with Others
- Establish supportive and productive relationships with all team members.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal guest experience and support store operations.
Operations
- Perform product presentation tasks including refresh, restock and relocation according to company standards
- Use in-store technology to support store operations and provide positive guest experiences.
- Perform cleaning tasks as needed throughout the shift to maintain the comfortable environment of the store.
- Understand and adhere to people safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
- Perform work in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and laws or regulations.

Your profile
- Education: High School or secondary diploma equivalent or above
- 1 year of retail/ guest service experience
- You are an outdoor enthusiast & have a passion for our brand activities and lifestyle.

Pay

- The Hourly range for this role in Castle Rock, Colorado is $16.00 - $18.00 PT <30 HRS
