A Little About This Position

• Establish program structure, philosophy, and direction.
• Design and control budget.
• Design staff template and hire people, train, observe and evaluate them, then guide them to improved performance.
  
  

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent, college degree preferred.
• Minimum five years' coaching experience at all age and ability levels preferred.
• Minimum of three years in a supervisory/management role.
• Knowledge of USSA, Western Region, FWSC procedures
• USSCA National certification or equivalent
  
  

Pay: $85,489.17 - $90,916.88 per year
