As a Rental Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to be part of a world-leading winter resort and play a vital role in inspiring and leading the team around you. Involves supervising a team of rental technicians, coordinating rental activities, maintaining inventory, and providing exceptional guest service. Supervisor reports to the Rental Manager and works closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. Ideal learning environment for individuals looking to build a career with one of North America’s leading resorts. Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent. Ski industry experience preferred, rental shop. Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role. Excellent leadership and supervisory skills. Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficient in using operational software and other computer applications. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with inventory management principles. Job may require performing duties such as lifting (40 pounds), shoveling snow, working in adverse weather conditions and direct sun. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.
