We are looking for a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our dedicated and highly skilled team comprised of avid outdoors enthusiasts (skiers, snowboarders, rock climbers, triathletes, mountaineers, ultramarathoners!). Physical Therapist Assistants are responsible for following the Physical Therapist's treatment plan and administration of physical therapy treatments. The Physical Therapist Assistant will work out of both Mammoth and Bishop locations based on demand.
What you'll do:
- Performs specific tests and measurements in Physical Therapy Clinics.
- Performs physical therapy techniques appropriate to the diagnosis as designated in the treatment plan.
- Utilize physical therapy modalities appropriate to the diagnosis as designated in the treatment plan.
- Assist Physical Therapist in patient discharge planning as needed.
- Record signed notes into the patient record each time physical therapy services have been performed.

Qualifications:
- Associates degree required for Physical Therapist Assistant. State of California Physical Therapist Assistant license required.
- American Heart Association BLS certification required.
- Ability to work effectively with patients, peers, physicians, and ancillary departments.
- Two years of experience as an assistant preferred for Physical Therapist Assistant.
Job Information:
- Full-time and Per diem, day shifts available.
- Starting wage $32.84 to $39.81 based on qualifications.
