Position Overview
This role is the operational hub of our company. You will be the first point of contact for customers and a key support system for our sales team. Your communication skills, organization, and follow through will directly impact company growth and customer satisfaction.
We are looking for someone who does not need to be micromanaged, follows up without being reminded, and takes ownership of their responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and provide professional, friendly customer service
Schedule sales appointments and manage calendars efficiently
Follow up on new leads promptly to set appointments
Follow up with customers on open estimates and proposals
Make outbound calls to customers as needed
Manage and post on company social media accounts
Coordinate and manage utility locate requests
Handle customer billing and process payments
Manage receipts and maintain organized digital records
Monitor online reviews and customer feedback
Support the sales team with administrative and follow up tasks
Manage email correspondence and maintain organized systems
