This is a full-time, field-based role that requires weekend availability and flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and events as needed.
What You’ll Do
- Represent our cutting-edge product portfolio at events, in-store activations, and community pop-ups with charisma and authenticity.
- Build lasting relationships with retail partners and budtenders, delivering engaging training and sparking brand excitement.
- Capture real-time consumer and competitor insights, turning feedback into actionable ideas to elevate our market presence.
- Execute flawless events and sampling programs, creating memorable experiences that drive trial and loyalty.
- Innovate on the fly, adapting to shifting priorities, new regulations, and emerging trends in a dynamic industry.
- 2 years of experience in events, promotions, or consumer product marketing—bonus if you’ve worked in cannabis..
- Magnetic communication skills and a knack for building connections with diverse audiences, from consumers to retail teams.
- A curious, innovative mindset, always seeking new ways to educate, engage, and push the brand forward.
- Unshakable reliability and flexibility for weekend and one weekday shift.
- A genuine passion for cannabis culture, consumer education, and driving the industry’s evolution.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods at events, with the energy to engage crowds and manage setup/breakdown.
- Ability to carry and transport event materials (up to 25 lbs.) with ease and efficiency.
- Strong manual dexterity for handling product samples, branded materials, and digital tools during activations.
