Full job description
Do you have housekeeping experience? Mammoth Creek Inn is currently hiring a Hotel Housekeeping Attendant position in Mammoth Lakes, CA.
Details for Hotel Housekeeping Attendant position:
- $20-21 / Hour (depending on experience)
- Full-Time
- Fast Start Date
- Fortnightly Pay (Twice a month)
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
Job Duties for Hotel Housekeeping Attendant:
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain all assigned public areas according to hotel standards.
- Ensure restrooms, hallways, and common spaces are stocked and spotless at all times.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of employee areas including break rooms, locker rooms, and service corridors.
- Respond promptly to guest requests or housekeeping calls.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and lost and found items to management.
- Replenish supplies and maintain cleaning equipment in good working order.
- Deliver and stock linens, towels, and supplies to housekeeping closets and carts.
Follow safety procedures and proper use of cleaning chemicals.
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications and Desired Skills for Hotel Housekeeping Attendant:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to speak and understand English
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience helpful, but not required
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
- Positive, professional attitude when assisting guests or team members
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs during the shift
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
