What You’ll Do
- Connect with homeowners and help them understand their roofing and restoration options.
- Generate new business and build relationships within the community.
- Develop referral relationships with insurance agents, realtors, property managers, and other local professionals.
- Work in areas impacted by hail and wind to connect homeowners with Mammoth’s services.
- Learn our proven sales process through hands-on training and shadowing experienced team members.
Compensation & Benefits
- Commission-based compensation with onboarding compensation tied to activities and production.
- Gas reimbursement available after ramp-up.
- Company truck after reaching $500K in sales.
