This position offers a **sliding commission scale** based on the number of clients completed, providing strong earning potential for motivated barbers.
**Compensation:**

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide high-quality haircuts and grooming services tailored to client preferences
* Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation and common shop areas
* Follow all health and safety regulations and shop standards
* Deliver excellent customer service and build positive client relationships
* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
* Be open to learning new techniques, styles, and best practices from other barbers on staff
**Qualifications:**
* Valid barber license (as required by state regulations)
