Role Description
This is a PRN/Part time/Full time mobile position for a Mammography Technologist. The Mammography Technologist will operate imaging equipment to perform 3D mammography and breast ultrasounds, adhering to high standards of quality and safety. The role involves ensuring optimal patient care, managing radiation safety, and maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations. The position also demands collaboration with radiologists and team members to ensure timely reporting and follow-ups, with the objective of delivering exceptional screening experiences and accurate diagnoses.
Qualifications
- Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- Proficiency in Radiologic Technology and experience in Radiology
- Strong understanding of Radiation Safety protocols
- Background in medicine or healthcare is preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize patient care
- Capability to work independently and remotely, while coordinating effectively with a team
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
