What you’ll do

• Provide technical leadership, constantly advancing our technology stack and system capabilities.
• Identify and implement architectural improvements in our existing codebase.
• Build software solutions that address real-world data analytics, machine learning, and predictive AI challenges—serving numerous customers and impacting millions of end-users.
• Lead feature delivery from conceptual design through planning, implementation, and deployment.
• Offer guidance and mentorship to engineers, fostering growth and excellence.

What you’ll bring

• 7 years of hands-on engineering experience (advantageous).

• Proven experience leading the design and implementation of high-throughput, distributed business applications as a team lead or lead engineer.

• Strong grasp of modern product management techniques, including product planning, discovery, and development.

• Demonstrated experience mentoring engineers and guiding technical teams.

• Exceptional collaboration and stakeholder management skills, ensuring alignment and efficiency.

• Familiarity with Java, Python, Micronaut, major cloud providers, Apache Spark, and lakehouse architectures.

Pluses:

• Experience building large-scale data pipelines and architectures.

• Exposure to machine learning and AI-driven solutions.

The base salary range for this US remote position is between $164,000 and $230,000 gross (before taxes) yearly.
