About the Position:
We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and energetic Part-Time Sales Coordinator to join our team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone who loves working with families and children, enjoys a community-focused environment, and is excited to grow with a small business. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
Compensation & Schedule:
- $16/hour plus tips
- Shifts available weekdays and weekends
Key Responsibilities:
- Open and close the shop independently after training
- Welcome clients, manage check-in, and handle point-of-sale transactions
- Prepare and serve beverages (barista duties using our La Marzocco espresso machine)
- Keep the space tidy and organized
- Sell merchandise, memberships, and entry passes
- Interact with clients — both parents and children — in a warm, engaging manner
- Assist with creating social media content (Instagram, Reels, Stories)
- Support birthday parties and special events with setup and breakdown
