Responsibilities

- Monitor quality control and ensure adherence to safety standards
- Track project timelines and adjust schedules to meet deadlines
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and other safety regulations
- Prepare and deliver regular progress reports to stakeholders
- Manage workforce allocation and productivity
- Utilize construction management tools such as Procore and Smartsheets
Preferred Qualifications
- 7 years of experience in construction project management
- OSHA Safety Certification and 40 HR SST
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficiency in construction scheduling and contract management
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Effective time management abilities
