We serve amazing southern comfort food paired with signature cocktails, wine, craft, and N/A beer selections. Server/Bartender responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Welcoming and sitting customers comfortably. Providing customer service by greeting members and guests in a cheerful and helpful manner.
• Taking customers’ food and drink orders.
• Collaborating with the kitchen and bar staff for prompt and correct delivery of orders
• Memorizing the menu and recommending appetizers, meals, and drinks. Taking orders for food served at bar, transmitting to kitchen, and delivering to customer ensuring proper presentation and quality standards are met.
• Delivering a memorable dining experience by resolving all customer issues promptly.
• Assisting with the tidying of tables, clearing leftovers, and keeping the dining area neat and pleasant.
• Setting tables and rearranging the dining area to accommodate larger groups and prepare the restaurant for special events.
• Offering daily drink and menu specials.
• Mixing various alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following standard company recipes.

Serving wine, beer and mixed drinks to bar and/or dining room patrons, upselling where appropriate.

• Cleaning of work area, dishes, and other duties as assigned.
• Calculating and presenting bills and collecting payment for each order.
• Open and maintain tabs throughout their shift.
• Build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere.
• Must be able to multi-task and be able to work as a team with a positive attitude.

Additional responsibilities:

Compliance with all safety and sanitation guidelines and cleaning dishes and serving areas is expected. These roles have physical demands including the ability to move up to 25 pounds. Candidates must have the ability to stand and walk for an entire shift and move safely through all areas of the restaurant, which may include stairs, uneven or slick surfaces.

Experience is preferred but we will train! Part-time positions are available.

Starting pay ranges from $10-$15/hr. (DOE) Tips.

Candidates must either hold a current SERV Safe certification along with Village of Superior permit OR be willing to obtain prior to employment.
