What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pizza Maker position at Mama’s famous pizza & grill?
Hiring a pizza maker preferably with experience making pizzas, customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook pizzas according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist with preparation of food
- Maintain a clean and organized work area. - Take customers order over the phone and in person
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation guidelines
Experience:
- Previous experience as a pizza cook or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of pizza dough stretching techniques and pizza oven operation
- Familiarity with restaurant kitchen operations and equipment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Some type of knowledge of P.O.S systems
Skills:
- Strong culinary skills, including the ability to prepare and cook pizzas to perfection
- Excellent time management skills to ensure orders are prepared in a timely manner
- Attention to detail to ensure pizzas are made according to customer specifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and take customer orders
