The Production Leadis responsible forcultivating a culture of safety, security, and operational resilience across all enterprise locations. Key Responsibilities
Lead daily production operations and assign tasks.
Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across shifts.
Train and mentor associates.
Monitor inventory and report discrepancies.
Support audits and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 3 years of production experience, including leadership.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and safety protocols.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Essential Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 25 - 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- PPE usage and ability to inspect production areas.
- Work in varying conditions (cold, heat, humidity, noise).
You should be proficient in:
- Language: Spanish
- Food and Beverage Manufacturing
- Supervisory Experience
- Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
