• LOOKING FOR PART-TIME WITH VARIOUS RANGES OF HOURS. PERFECT FOR: A HIGH-SCHOOLER LOOKING FOR A PART-TIME JOB AFTER SCHOOL, SUMMER JOB, YOUNG GRADUATES WANTING EXPERIENCE, EXPERIENCED SERVERS/FOH WORKERS LOOKING FOR A MORE RELAXED, CLOSE-KNIT ENVIRONMENT.
• WE REQUIRE AT LEAST ONE WEEKEND DAY AVAILABLE TO BE SCHEDULED. SUNDAYS HEAVILY PREFERRED (GIVEN PREFERENCE IN TERMS OF HIRING). WEEKENDS ARE BUSY, BUT REWARDING.
• HOURS: 12-30 BASED ON AVAILABILITY, EXPERIENCE, ETC.

We are a family-owned restaurant, café, and bakery looking for a friendly, reliable, and self-motivated Front of House Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys providing great customer service, communicates well across departments, and can handle responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized Front of House (FOH) space throughout the day
• Greet guests, take and handle orders, and assist customers at the counter (no strict table service required, transition to table-service)
• Prepare and serve customer beverages including coffee, tea, water, and other café drinks
• Bus food items to and from customers in a timely and accurate manner
• Take to-go orders for cakes, pastries, and other baked goods both in-person and over the phone
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bakery teams to ensure smooth service and accurate order fulfillment
• Perform daily tasks independently and stay proactive without constant supervision
• Assist with general FOH duties such as restocking, cleaning, and customer support

Qualifications

• Customer service or food service experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to stay organized and self-directed in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly, positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Pay: $9.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12.0 – 36.0 per week
