Mama Ricotta’s is looking to add an experienced Line Cook to our team. If you

Line Cook Responsibilities Include:

• Prepare amazing Italian creations from scratch
• Following our recipes to produce consistent results
• Multitask with focus and great ability
• Know and comply consistently with standard cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen practices
• Cook a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items using ovens, grills, fryers, and a variety of other kitchen equipment
• Follow the sanitization standards, make sure your workstation stays clean, and follow all of the food handling standards

We Are Looking for a Line Cook Who:

• Has at least two years of experience in a high volume kitchen preparation and cooking
• Has good communication skills
• Is comfortable standing for 8 hour shifts
• Can lift up to 50 pounds
• Has the flexibility to work weekends and some holidays
• Has experience in quality food production, presentation, service, and sanitation
• Has an advanced understanding of professional cooking, knife handling skills, and a voracious appetite for knowledge
