Smoke Brothers Kitchen in Dover, TN is looking for a few line- servers to join our new team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and engaged.
Responsibilities
- Prepare line and serve food to customers
- Ensure quality and quantity of food levels
- Maintain sanitary and cleanliness at workstations
- Monitor holding temps
- Assist kitchen staff as needed
- Cleaning the line at the end of each sift
- Assist in maintaining and cleaning the dining room
- Wash dishes
- Daily/Nightly cleaning
Qualifications
- Great communication and listening skills
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a Customer Service role is a plus
