What are the responsibilities and job description for the Day Kitchen Staff position at MAMA MEA`S PIZZA & MORE?
Mama Mea`s Pizza & More in Dover, TN is looking for one kitchen staff member to join our team. We are located on 109 Visitor Center Ln. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and reliable. Applicants must have open availability to include days (around 10:00am - approx. 4:30pm) and weekends with the occasional evening shift (4pm - close). Experience is not needed but preferred and will determine hourly rate.
Responsibilities
- Prepare pizza dough.
- Make pizzas, pastas, and appetizers.
- Take food out of the oven and put it in the appropriate place.
- Cooking on flattop & fryers.
- Prep work to include plating and stock for the next shift.
- Dishes
- Daily Duties
- Daily/Nightly clean up
Qualifications
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively.
- Able to multitask efficiently and work at a fast pace.
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Open availability to include days and weekends with the occasional night shift.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
