Qualifications
- Proficiency in personal injury law as well as labor and employment law
- Experience in providing sound legal advice and representation
- Strong legal research and analytical skills
- Skilled in negotiation and conflict resolution
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and client-focused environment
- Membership in good standing with the State Bar of Mississippi; additional bar licenses in Alabama, Tennessee, or Texas are a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
