In this role, you will report directly to both the Department Head and Store Manager, working collaboratively to ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high visual standards and in-stock goals.
As a key member of our team, your essential duties and responsibilities will include:
- Providing excellent customer service with a smile
- Maintaining visually appealing displays of fresh produce
- Ensuring all products are well-stocked and organized
- Collaborating with colleagues to create a positive work environment
- maintaining product freshness by meticulously checking quality standards
- you will be responsible for providing valuable nutritional information and product usage details to our customers, enhancing their overall shopping experience
- maintaining high standards in our prep areas, sales floor, and racks. Your dedication to these tasks will not only uphold our brand image but also create a welcoming environment for all who walk through our doors
