Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our team. As a Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for students. You will play a key role in their development by implementing educational programs, fostering positive relationships, and promoting a love for learning. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum - Provide instruction in various subjects, including math, language arts, science, and social studies - Create engaging and interactive learning experiences - Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment - Utilize effective classroom management techniques to ensure a productive learning environment - Assess student progress and provide feedback on their academic performance - Collaborate with parents and guardians to support student development - Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavior - Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field - Previous experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting - Strong knowledge of child development principles and practices - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to effectively manage classroom behavior and promote positive behavior management strategies - Experience with tutoring or providing additional support to students with diverse learning needs is preferred - Knowledge of physical education activities for young children is a plus If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and have the necessary qualifications, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding position.
