This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn all aspects of a small business and take on increasing responsibility over time. Equestrian experience is a plus, but it's not required — we're happy to train the right person who enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude, and is eager to learn.
Job Description
As a Sales Associate, you'll be a key part of our day-to-day store operations, working directly with customers and helping the store run smoothly. Responsibilities include:
- Customer service and sales floor support
- Receiving and processing inventory
- Product merchandising and display maintenance
- Store organization and cleaning
- Phone support
- Online listing preparation and online order fulfillment
- Opening and closing procedures
- Other operational duties as needed

- Strong customer service instincts and willingness to learn
- Reliable availability; open to full-time candidates depending on experience and availability
- Equestrian and e-commerce experience is a plus but not required — training provided
Employment Details
