About Us
We are a well-established law firm dedicated exclusively to personal injury litigation in San Antonio, Eagle Pass, and the surrounding South Texas region. Our attorneys are known for their tenacity, compassion, and proven results in advocating for accident victims. We are expanding our litigation team and seeking a motivated attorney with 3–5 years of relevant experience to join us in fighting for justice and fair compensation for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from initial evaluation through litigation and, when necessary, trial.
- Conduct comprehensive case assessments, including gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, and preparing legal documents.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.
- Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
- Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
- Provide clear, compassionate guidance and regular updates to clients throughout the legal process.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal staff to develop effective litigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
- 3–5 years of experience in personal injury litigation (plaintiff or defense); courtroom and deposition experience preferred.
- Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Spanish language proficiency is a plus but not required.
