Malouf/EverRest is looking for an A/R Clerk on our Accounting team. This position requires strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment. The ideal candidate will be team-oriented with a positive attitude and a proactive mentality.
This is a full-time, in-office position. The general schedule is 8 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday in the office. No alternative schedules are available.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Receive and reconcile payments daily from our customers
- Work with channel managers to resolve discrepancies and disputes
- Provide weekly progress reports on discrepancies and disputes
- Help onboard new accounts with managers and software engineers
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-year minimum experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Self-motivated with the ability to recognize the relative value of accounts and prioritize accordingly
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time with attention to detail
- Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Outlook
- Learn/retain product information quickly
