Maloney's Moving LLC is seeking experienced Movers/Drivers to join our South Jersey team. We operate 26ft non-CDL box trucks and specialize in residential moves. This is per diem, flexible work—great for skilled movers looking for steady local jobs.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on moving experience and the ability to pad, wrap, and load furniture properly, ensuring a 4–5 bedroom home can be safely moved inside a 26ft truck. This is a physically demanding role that requires professionalism, stamina, and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Safely drive and operate a 26ft non-CDL box truck
- Pad, wrap, and protect furniture and household goods
- Load and secure truck contents efficiently and safely
- Perform heavy lifting (75 lbs), bending, squatting, and stair carries throughout the day
- Work in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow)
- Deliver excellent customer service during moves
- Follow company safety and operational standards
Requirements
- Proven experience driving 26ft non-CDL trucks
- Moving experience: padding, wrapping, loading, unloading
- Ability to lift 75 lbs repeatedly and work long, physically demanding days
- Reliable, professional, and customer-focused
- Flexible schedule – per diem, on-call work
