Your Responsibilities
The Multi-Site Resident Services Coordinator provides support that will enhance the lives of residents at 2 family communities in Boston, MA. 41 LaGrange Apartments is a new construction community located in the Chinatown and consists of 126 units. Methunion Manor Cooperative is located in the South End area and consists of 149 units. You will spend Monday’s and Tuesday’s at Methunion Manor and Wednesday’s, Thursday’s and Friday's at 41 LaGrange. Parking is available at both properties. The work hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday with some evening hours for special events.
Your primary focus is to provide information on community-based resources and assist the resident population in accessing those resources. You will network, collaborate, and build partnerships with the local and extended community to bring additional services and supports to the residents. Additionally, you will serve as the community’s activities coordinator, developing and facilitating various types of programming for a range of populations and needs. You will also assist with administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
