Maloney Properties is seeking candidates for a Multi-Site Property Manager to oversee 3 properties (family and senior housing) in the Mission Hill area of Boston with a total of 126 units. The work hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday with some occasional evening and weekend hours. Under the direction of the Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for overall day-to-day operations to include leasing, budgeting, recertifications, rent collections, financial reporting, waitlist updates, compliance, processing invoices, resident relations, vendor management, and staff supervision.
