Responsibilities
- Perform lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and seasonal cleanups for residential and commercial properties
- Apply fertilizer, weed control, and other turf care treatments as directed
- Safely operate and maintain lawn care equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
- Ensure job sites are clean, safe, and professionally finished
- Work efficiently with the crew to complete daily schedules on time
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and teammates
Qualifications
- Prior lawn care or landscaping experience preferred, but training available for the right candidate
- Ability to safely operate lawn care equipment
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
- Physically able to perform outdoor work in all weather conditions
- Punctual, dependable, and able to follow directions with minimal supervision
