Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and dependable Chiropractic Assistant / Rehab Technician for our morning shift.
This is an active, hands-on position that involves working directly with patients, guiding them through rehabilitation exercises and therapies, preparing treatment areas, maintaining patient flow, and supporting the clinical team.
The right candidate must be comfortable initiating conversations, providing clear instructions, interacting with many different personalities, and staying organized while managing several responsibilities at once.
This is not a desk-based position. The employee will be standing, walking, assisting patients, cleaning equipment, demonstrating exercises, and moving throughout the clinic for most of the five-hour shift.
Schedule
- Monday–Thursday 8:30 AM–1:30 PM
- Fridays 9:00 AM-2:00 PM
- Approximately 25 hours per week
Candidates must be consistently available for the complete schedule.
Additional hours may occasionally become available based on clinic needs and employee availability.
Compensation
- $18.00–$20.00 per hour
- Starting rate will be based on chiropractic, rehabilitation, healthcare, ChiroTouch, and other directly relevant experience
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Friendly, respectful, and comfortable speaking with patients
- Positive and uplifting attitude
- Reliable transportation
- Consistent attendance and punctuality
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable standing and remaining physically active for approximately five hours
- Able to follow instructions, accept feedback, and learn new procedures
- Available to begin working next week
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous Chiropractic Assistant or Rehab Technician experience
- Experience working in a chiropractic, physical therapy, rehabilitation, fitness, or medical office
- ChiroTouch experience
- Experience demonstrating therapeutic exercises and stretches
- Knowledge of patient flow, treatment equipment, or rehabilitation procedures
- Customer service or direct patient-care experience
Primary Responsibilities
- Welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist patients with prescribed rehabilitation exercises and stretches
- Clearly demonstrate exercises and explain instructions
- Observe patients while they complete exercises and report concerns to the appropriate provider
- Set up therapy equipment and treatment areas
- Clean and disinfect equipment between patients
- Help maintain an efficient and organized patient flow
- Prepare rooms and clinical areas before and during patient hours
- Keep rehabilitation and treatment areas clean, stocked, and organized
- Assist the doctor and other team members as needed
- Enter or update appropriate information in ChiroTouch
- Help patients remain engaged and consistent with their care plans
- Complete assigned opening, cleaning, restocking, and operational duties
- Perform other reasonable duties needed to support patients and clinic operations
Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to:
- Stand and walk for most of the five-hour shift
- Demonstrate exercises and stretches
- Bend, reach, squat, push, and pull as needed
- Move therapy equipment and supplies
- Assist patients safely within the responsibilities of the position
- Lift and carry up to 25 pounds

Attendance and Reliability
This position is essential to daily patient care and clinic operations. The selected candidate must be dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining consistent attendance.
Last-minute absences and repeated tardiness create serious challenges for patients and the rest of the team. Candidates should apply only if they can reliably report to work for the complete assigned schedule and have dependable transportation.
