We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Personal Lines Property & Casualty Insurance Representative to join our personal Private Client team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact to service HNW clients, providing exceptional advice, support, and assistance. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive client experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, experience in customer service and/or sales and a passion for helping others.
Base Pay ($60,000-$70,000) Bonuses Benefits!

Qualifications
- Property & Casualty License Required!
- 5 years experience as a Personal Lines Account Manager.
- Experience servicing HNW clients is preferred
- Experience in using Applied EPIC preferred but not required.
- Strong ability to type efficiently while engaging with customers.
- Familiarity with outbound calling techniques is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to analyze information quickly and provide effective solutions.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide support for various customer needs including policy information, status, and problem solving.
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer concerns or feedback.
- Process transactions accurately, including data entry.
- Analyze customer issues to identify trends and provide feedback for service improvement
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Assist in sales efforts by promoting products and services during interactions.
