Be the go-to contact for customers, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency.
Develop a strong understanding of the company’s products and services to provide tailored solutions.
Use your mechanical or engineering knowledge to assist customers in selecting the right products for their needs.
Assist existing customers with orders, troubleshooting, and product recommendations.
Customer Support Specialist Requirements :
Customer service or support experience (strong communication skills required).
Mechanical, engineering, or hands-on technical knowledge is a huge plus!
Tech-savvy and comfortable using systems to track orders and customer interactions.
