Position Summary:
The Onsite Specialist is primarily responsible for managing daily activities at the client site, providing administrative support, along with fostering a positive relationship with the client. This includes overseeing operational tasks are completed in a timely manner according to client specifications.

The Responsibilities:
- Assist with checking in new hires on their start date
- Conduct observations of temporary associates to ensure safety and best practices are followed
- Provide feedback to temporary associates
- Address any performance or attitude concerns of temporary associates
- Orientate new employees on company policies and safety expectations
- Build relationships with client, as well as on-site employees Maintain and present weekly reports to leadership

The Qualifications:
- Must have customer service experience
- Experience in recruitment or staffing industry is preferred
- Experience in leadership, management is preferred
- Previous experience working in a warehouse/manufacturing environment is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Must be able to work Monday-Friday 2:00pm- 11:00pm
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation Background check eligibility
