Production Packaging Technician

Location: Batavia, IL
Employment: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Pay: $19.35/hour $1.00 shift differential
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM–12:00 AM (with occasional Friday overtime)

• Package finished products precisely to meet all documented specifications.
• Support the gluing operation as a packer/inspector: place stacks of cards onto the gluer feed table and capture glued product for final packaging.
• Visually inspect output, identifying, segregating, and labeling any nonconforming materials.
• Report any unidentified nonconformances immediately to the appropriate lead or supervisor.
• Keep your station clean, orderly, and safe at all times.
• Follow all Safety and Operational procedures without exception.
• Communicate clearly and collaborate positively with teammates and adjacent departments.
• Contribute reliably within a high-paced, production-focused team environment.

• Lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Stand for the majority of the shift.
• Perform frequent reaching, stretching, and gripping motions.
• Push/pull materials weighing approximately 5–45 lbs.
• Work comfortably in warm, noisy production settings.
