III. Job Summary
Responsible for providing leadership and stability to the day-to-day office operations of the Center for Student Success through administrative support.
IV. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- General office duties including Answering phones, greeting visitors, maintaining general office files, and providing word processing services
- Office management/coordination including Maintaining office supplies, requesting maintenance and IT support as needed, and maintaining quality appearance of office suite.
- Manage the office student worker staff, which includes evaluating the need, interviewing, hiring, training and providing daily oversight and evaluation.
- Test Coordination: including testing accommodations, ACT Residual, and CLEP. Assist with advisor assignments, major changes, and registration workshops. Support marketing efforts - Help create, update, and distribute promotional materials such as pamphlets, flyers, major sheets, and other related resources.
- Be the initial point of contact for those entering the Center; answering questions as needed and/or directing visitors to the appropriate contact.
- Maintain the hard copy filing system to ensure documents are filed accurately and in a timely manner, and scan/index documents to OnBase.
- Other duties as assigned

VI. Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
- 2-3 years of administrative support experience

Typical office suite setting with desk-based workstation.
Physical demands are minimal with light lifting of files and deliveries as needed
