Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking reliable, professional subcontractor crews who:
- Perform excellent interior and/or exterior prep and painting
- Have strong skills in drywall repair, patching, sanding, caulking, and matching surfaces
- Can deliver high-quality cabinet refinishing or deck/fence staining
- Want steady work and the opportunity to grow into top-tier partners over time
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers and our production managers
- Are organized, responsible, and committed to a great customer experience
- Show up prepared, protect customer property, and do the job right the first time

Requirements
Business & Insurance
- Must operate as a legitimate business entity (LLC, Corporation, or Sole Proprietor).
- Must carry General Liability Insurance.
- Must carry Workers’ Compensation or be willing to secure it within 30 days (or meet state exemption requirements).
Experience & Craftsmanship
- Strong experience in residential painting (interior & exterior).
- Solid prep skills: covering, masking, sanding, caulking, priming, surface repair.
- Ability to perform small-to-medium repairs as listed in job scopes.
- Ability to meet professional cleanliness and finishing standards.
Crew Requirements
- Must have at least one fluent English speaker on site daily.
- Crews of 2–3 people are ideal, but highly skilled 1-person crews may be accepted for smaller jobs.
Communication & Technology
- Must be able to send daily photo updates and communicate using a smartphone.
- Must be comfortable receiving job details, updates, and expectations via digital tools.
Schedule & Availability
- Available for consistent work (preferred), or partial-schedule partners looking to grow.
- Able to start jobs on time and complete them within agreed timeframes.
Professional Standards
- Follow work orders precisely — no side work or unapproved extras.
- Respect customer property and maintain a clean, safe job site.
- Strong commitment to honesty, reliability, and doing the right thing.
Lead-Safe Awareness (Preferred)
- Experience with pre-1978 homes is preferred.
- RRP certification is a plus; willingness to become certified is required to perform lead-affected work.
