🏥 L&D / LDRP RN Opportunity | OB, Nursery & Postpartum Experience Required

🩺 Core RN Responsibilities
• Medication administration
• Specimen collection & clinical treatments
• Patient assessments, care planning, implementation & evaluation
• Monitor and communicate patient condition changes
• Assist with ADLs, hygiene, nutrition & ambulation
• Coordinate patient transfers, discharge planning & interdisciplinary care
• Provide patient/family education based on age, culture & condition
• Advocate for physical and emotional well-being of patients

👶 OB / LDRP Responsibilities
✔ Circulate during C-Sections
✔ Attend deliveries & assist physicians as needed
✔ Post-surgical recovery care for OB patients
✔ Neonatal assessment immediately after delivery
✔ Fetal monitoring competency maintenance
✔ Participation in STABLE certification if offered

📋 Required Certifications
⚠️ ALL certifications must be through the American Heart Association and attached at submission:
✔ ACLS
✔ BLS
✔ NRP
✔ STABLE
✔ AWHONN

📜 License Requirement
✔ Active WY RN License or Compact RN License required at submission

✅ Experience Requirements
• Minimum 2 years recent experience in:
• Level 1 Nursery
• Postpartum
• OB/GYN
• Labor & Delivery / LDRP

🩺 Additional Required Experience
Candidates should be comfortable with:
• Post-op hysterectomy care
• Antepartum patients
• OB triage
• Labor & Delivery
• Postpartum recovery

🔄 Floating
• Candidate may float to another unit based on census
• Floating would only be as helping hands or sitter support
