• Required Certifications:
  • BLS – required
  • NRP – required
  • ACLS – preferred
  • PALS – preferred
  • National Accreditation through NBRC required
    • Registered Respiratory Therapist – highly preferred but not a deal breaker, CRT is accepted
  • LA State Licensure required
  • Valid driver’s license – will be floating to (4) different campuses during contract
• Skills required:
  • Must be comfortable with attending high risk deliveries, as well as supporting Level 3 NICU/PICU
  • High risk delivery experience – intubation of Neonate, if necessary
  • Airway and ventilator management, ABG puncture and analysis, Non-invasive ventilation, Code Blue and rapid response experience, inhaled medication administration to include nitric oxide.
