Job Description & Requirements- Specialty: PCU - Progressive Care Unit

Role & Setup
- Unit: PCU Med-Surg (will float between both)
- Facility:
- Patient Type: Neuro focus overflow patients
Shift (VERY IMPORTANT)
- Night shift – 3x12s (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Requirements (Deal Breakers)
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
- Experience: PCU MS Neuro exposure
- EMU training required (epilepsy monitoring)
- Epic experience required
Other Important Info
- Ratios: 1:3–5 (based on acuity)
- Floating required
- No local candidates (must be outside 100 miles)
