- Non-Billable Orientation (NBO): 16 hours

Pay Multipliers:
- Overtime / Holiday: 1.15x
- Call Back: 1.5x (minimum 2 hours guaranteed)
- On-Call Pay: $9/hour
- Charge / Preceptor Pay: $6/hour
Billable Overtime Rules:
- For 36–40 hrs/week: OT applies after 40 hours
- For 48 hrs/week: OT applies after 48 hours
- Bed Size: 34
- Patient Ratio: 4:1
- Patient Population: Mixed acuity
- Skills Required: Drips & titration experience
