• Must live 50 miles away (Radius Rule applies)

📅 Contract Details

• Duration: 13 Weeks
• Start Date: ASAP
• Weekly Guarantee: 40 Hours

• Shift: 8-hour day shifts (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
• Weekly Base:
  • 5 shifts × 8 hrs = 40 guaranteed hours/week

• 1 night call/week
• 1 backup call/week
• 1 weekend call/month
• Occasional additional call possible
• Callback minimum: 2 hours pay

• Up to 36 hours (per contract) may be low census (unbillable)
• During low census → traveler may be placed on-call
• If called in → callback pay applies

• Every 3rd–4th weekend rotation
• Holiday rotation required

• May float to other Aspirus Central locations

• Experience: 2 years OR (Perivascular REQUIRED)
• Skills: Open & Endovascular cases Conscious Sedation
• Certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, WI RN License
• Charting: Epic (preferred)
