- Hours: 36 hours per week (Guaranteed)
- Shift: Nights | 3x12-Hour (18:00 - 06:30)
- Schedule Details: Saturday and Sunday nights are locked, plus 1 variable weeknight shift.
Opportunity for a versatile, cross-trained imaging professional. The MRI Technologist II operates primarily within the Magnetic Resonance Imaging suite but must be comfortable cross-covering other imaging pods based on acute care hospital census and night-shift needs.
- Modality Flexibility: Focuses on MRI scans, but preferred cross-trained experience includes General X-Ray, Angio/Cath Lab, or Computed Tomography (CT).
- On-Call Requirements: Rotating on-call is required with variable weekend call coverage.
- Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist performing general diagnostic imaging, with specialized experience in MRI.
- Setting Experience: Must have documented experience working within an acute care hospital environment.
Candidates must hold at least one of the following primary imaging pathways:
- ARRT (R) or ARRT (MR)
- ARMRIT Certified MRI Technologist
- CRT (California Certified Radiologic Technologist)
- Core Life Support: Active BLS (Must be in hand or obtained within 30 days of start).
