Join a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital where you'll care for Med Surg, Telemetry, and occasional PCU patients in a fast-paced adaptive acuity environment.
✨ Position Highlights- 💰 Competitive Weekly Pay
- 📅 13-Week Travel Contract
- 🏥 25-Bed Critical Access Hospital
- 👥 Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:5 (PCU care 1:3 when needed)
- 💲 Charge Differential Available
- Active Vermont RN License or Compact License
- BLS & ACLS (AHA) required
- 2 years of current Med Surg/Telemetry experience
- Charge Nurse experience (REQUIRED)
- PCU experience strongly required
- IV drip experience required (including Insulin, Esmolol, and Sodium drips)
- Minimum 3 months of travel experience
- Must have your own vehicle
- Willing to float to inpatient units within scope of practice
- Med Surg & Telemetry
- Adaptive Acuity Unit with occasional PCU-level care
- Drip management
- Charge responsibilities required
