• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
• Shift Type: Variable (Days & Nights)
• Typical Schedule: 3 × 12-hour shifts
• Orientation Week: Hours may not be guaranteed

• Float to ICU / IMC / MS as needed
• Floating can be pre-scheduled

• Can be placed on call if low census
• Call-back minimum: 2 hours
• Up to 36 hours low census (unbillable) allowed per contract

• Every other weekend
• Every other holiday

• ICU/IMC: 10 beds
• Med-Surg: 34 beds

Ratios:

• ICU: 1:2
• IMC: 1:3–1:4
• MS: 1:5–1:6

• WI RN License
• BLS & ACLS (Required)
• NIHSS (Preferred)
• Minimum 2 years experience
• Travel experience preferred (not mandatory)

• Charting: EPIC preferred
• Scrubs: Any color allowed
• Flu/COVID vaccine declined → mask required at all times
