Role Description
The Malone Community Center is seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. In this full-time, on-site role located in Lincoln, NE, you will design and implement engaging lesson plans, support early childhood development, and foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment for preschool-aged children. Key responsibilities include curriculum development, classroom management, and effective communication with parents, guardians, and fellow educators to ensure the holistic development of each child.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development
- Strong understanding of Early Childhood Education principles and practices
- Effective Communication skills to engage with children, parents, and colleagues
- Relevant certifications or a degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Ability to create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment
- Knowledge of child safety and developmentally appropriate practices
- Prior experience working with diverse groups is a plus
