Malnove, a family-owned, nationwide folding carton manufacturer, seeks Die Cutter Operators for its Clearfield, UT facility. We have been part of the packaging community for over 70 years and in that time, we have become an essential part of America’s supply chain.
Die Cutter Operator Job Duties:
The Die Cutter Operator operates a high-speed die cutter safely and efficiently to produce folding cartons that match customer specifications by operating a large format Flatbed Die Cutting press with blanking. Die cutter Operators safely and efficiently perform all Make Ready functions to prepare the job for production. They must effectively troubleshoot to ensure optimum production speeds to meet quality standards.
Die Cutter Operator Requirements / Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in a folding carton environment - Preferred
- 1 year of experience operating large format die cutters, (Bobst preferred)
- Technical knowledge of flatbed die cutting
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
Die Cutter Operator Compensation and Benefits:
- $18-$22/hr, Depending on Experience
- 2ndshift differential 75¢
