Air Import Coordinator

Mallory Alexander International Logistics, a global third-party logistics (3PL) provider, is seeking a Logistics Professional to join our growing team.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Air Import Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is responsible for managing the full cycle of inbound air shipments, from processing and coordinating deliveries to providing consistent communication with clients and vendors.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all aspects of air import shipments, including documentation preparation, data entry, shipment tracing and delivery arrangements
• Coordinate terminal payments, ensuring promptly processing and follow up to ensure timely receipt of goods.
• Communicate daily with clients and vendors via email, providing updates and resolving issues as needed
• Ensure all documentation is in compliance with customs regulations and company standards
• Utilize internal systems (including CargoWise, if applicable) to manage shipment details and status updates, track and tracing.
• Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure a seamless import process

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or similar field preferred but not required.
• 3 years of experience in air import operations
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with freight forwarding systems (CargoWise experience required) and Microsoft Office applications.

  Pay & Benefits
  We offer a competitive hourly rate of $28.00–$31.25, depending on your experience. You'll also receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off (PTO).

  Work Environment
  This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days per week in the office and 2 remote workday each week after the 90-day Introductory Period, offering a balance of in-person collaboration and work-from-home flexibility
