As a Customer Experience Associate, you'll receive hands-on training in customer engagement, wireless products, and consultative sales while developing valuable professional skills. Every Customer Experience Associate plays an important role in representing our brand, creating positive interactions, and contributing to overall sales success by helping customers find wireless solutions that fit their needs and budget.
Responsibilities of the Customer Experience Associate
- Represent our wireless brand at retail events, community outreach campaigns, and promotional locations throughout the Riverside area.
- Welcome customers, answer questions, and create engaging sales conversations that focus on understanding each customer's needs.
- Demonstrate wireless products, devices, and service options while highlighting the value and reliability of our brand.
- Guide customers through enrollment, activation, and account setup while delivering an outstanding customer experience and supporting sales goals.
- Build trust through friendly, professional conversations that strengthen our brand and encourage long-term customer relationships.
- Work alongside fellow Customer Experience Associate team members to support daily event objectives and overall sales performance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, enrollments, and sales activity.
- Participate in ongoing Customer Experience Associate training to strengthen product knowledge, communication skills, sales techniques, and brand representation.
Qualifications of the Customer Experience Associate
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or related fields is helpful but not required.
- Comfortable interacting with customers in face-to-face retail and event environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
