Responsibilities of the Client Relations Representative
- Deliver outstanding client experiences in person by showcasing how affordable mobile plans can transform daily connectivity.
- Enhance the client journey by actively listening to mobile challenges during sales events and tailoring enrollment recommendations.
- Simplify sales conversations by breaking down plan features and device options into easy-to-understand benefits that highlight value and affordability.
- Guide clients through setup and activation, ensuring every detail is handled accurately while reinforcing confidence in their decision.
- Collaborate with fellow Client Relations Representative team members to support outreach initiatives and sales goals.
- Maintain a service-first approach by responding to questions, keeping sales conversations positive, and building trust throughout the decision-making process.
- Strengthen enrollment outcomes by creating positive experiences that inspire referrals and repeat engagement.
- Participate in ongoing Client Relations Representative training designed to strengthen communication and sales skills.
Qualifications of the Client Relations Representative
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience in sales or client relations is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Organized in managing enrollment records, sales details, and follow-ups with accuracy.
- Clear communicator who can simplify plan features and device options in simple terms.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
